Samsung UN46EH5000F wont turn on. Blinks red standby light continuously

I know for sure it has a bad cap and one cold solder joint. Just wondering before i order the Caps if anyone has any experience with this model? Just making sure there isnt a common component that goes bad besides the caps.

How many blinks? To start, replace all elec. caps except big blue and the 2 Rubycon (them are already replaced and good brand), but the big blue it's better to test it..
bulged cap is on the MB supply section, so BEST to grab an AT / ATX PSU and feed the MB with the couple 12v/5v, you can test the MB using sound and dark picture..
