If it is edge lit LEDs type, I hope you are good at soldering and have he right tool.

I can solder and have fairly good tools. Any links? I will try and find it aswell. Once again thank you and got a big job by looking at it lol

Pull the wire BL-Dim or maybe labeled P-dim form the harness that connects the mainboard to power supply.

Do the backlights stay on?

Took pdim out still the same. Got screen apart and all led's light up. Any more help? Thanks

Also take the readings on that B (2) again.

I had the same Tv failed Led inside the screen but it was an intermittent one. Will link thread.

bad connection somewhere maybe loose led ?

i have the exact same model with a duff screen if you want led's and light box
im in south shields

Hi. Thanks. That could be the case. I will take the led's off completely and visualy check them one by one. Any other way to test if visualy looks OK and they still libhts up?

i did and i know thats why i was offering my fully working set and now to save him checking led's one by one
i knacked the screen on it left hand side is all dark and slow refresh i did something when the metal frame went back on
