Vizio E470VL "2 seconds to black"

Hello all. Have an E470VL that has a common problem with no resolution yet. When the power button is pressed on the side of the TV, it infinitely cycles in this manner: on with the front logo turning white and the white vizio logo displaying on the screen for about 2-3 seconds, then off and back to amber, rinse and repeat... When the power is pressed on the remote, however, it only power cycles once in this manner.

All 5v standbys are present with the power cord attached. When the power is pressed, all 12v pins also read correctly when the TV is attempting to power up. I have replaced the U14 eeprom after ordering the correct part from shopjimmy, but the TV behaves the same. No caps appear to be bulging or leaking. I've also tried unplugging the IR board ribbon cable, but same results. I have some decent troubleshooting experience and have fixed a couple Samsung sets prior to this, but I'm stumped on this one.

Pictures attached. Thanks for any help you all can provide!

We need you to report the DCV readings of the pins (except the GND pins) of the connector CN201.
Please report them in this format so it will be easy to see if the command signals or Voltages are missing or not when power switch is activated.

Well it has the correct control signals from the main board.
Can you try unhook the cables to the panel buttons board and use the remote to turn on the TV?
I see SJ is selling EEPROM and the ICs for the main board repair kit.

the problem there should be your led.. i had a similar problem with a 32inch tv and it was the leds for about 2sec it shows the logo when tv is turn on and it goes off. i tried everything and i was thinking the main board but a friend told me it was the leds. any ways since i don't trust him well. i take the chance and check the led and boom they were blowwn!!! i replace the all strip and it worked again....

Budm from what I see the panel buttons are on the main control board. Which cable should I unhook?

Mendez which LEDs are you talking about? Can you describe their location?

Per SJ, there are other 2 ICs for main board repair.

Which I am not sure if it will fix the problem or not, but you do need new main board.

Yeah the other component in that kit fixes a different issue. Well that sucks, those are like $150. No other way to do component level troubleshooting on the main board?

It will be tough without the diagram.
