Hello Daren, a low pass filter could have inductor coils to ground on both sides, can you locate a schematic for the board? I am learning to diagnose t-cons, will you tell me what voltages and waveforms to expect on the inputs and outputs of the board?

D43-E2 vizio dark gray display 36 seconds restart
Hello everyone, the budget 4k 2017 model Vizio on power up the white led fades and the backlight illuminates, the display is dark gray modulating slightly brightness until the set restarts on 36 seconds interval. Power supply 5v 12.7v 21v are all good. Any recommendations to test the panel and display drive t-con board and mainboard will be appreciated. -

Information to test power supply and mainboard appreciated -
UN55NU7100 Samsung no power on, red blinks
On plug in the red led blinks one long three short one long two short repeating, the power supply smells burnt, A13v on CNM801 pins 3,5,7,9 is 12.8 volts, it drops to 10.8 volts when the led is on long blink, pson pin 8 is at 3.2 volts dropping to 0.11 volts on long blink, the test point jumper marked STB:7.5 ON:11.8 measures 12.8 volts dropping to 10.8 volts on long blink. The set is powered down on the long blink and reboots while short blinking? Can someone help me find a test point for the run supplies? -

We agree, a shorted component on the 3.3v line from IC4511 pin 1. In previous decades I read manufacturer service bulletins and repair history notes, tracked the short lifting leads and cutting traces, typically I would find a shorted IC or rarely a shorted capacitor, anyone have a TNPHO716 schematic and notes on dimly lit display, no menu?Leave a comment:

Fuses good, plug in standby 5v good, power on power supplies good, display dimly lit, no response to menu button, looking at the mainboard, read johnboy1313’s post on the mainboard regulator IC4511, measured input pin 1 to ground shorted, now I seek a replacement IC4511.
