Welp, I screwed up and knocked the resistor off the board. My soldering tip is probably too blunt for work this small. So I put a dab of solder on the remaining contacts where the resistor used to be. Tv powers on, but the backlights are still turning off.

Managed to grab the driver board for $28 @ ebay. Will update the thread when i get it. Thanks for all the help so far.
