    Philips 42pfl5405 solarized image

    Hi all,

I have this tv displaying a solarized image.
The source of the problem wasa distroyed capacitor because of the water. I replace it with another capacitor having the same size only, don' t have a clue about the value.
After that, i still have some vertical lines în the screen, and when black, i can see the image flickere.

More than likely the Lcd tab bond driver is corroded as well, probably not fixable.

I don't mind the lines, while it's running you can hardly observe it.
      But the flickering is annoying.

I have pushed on the tab bond but no change on the image.
I don't know how to repair that. Any suggestions?

          P.S
          I found this one:
