BTW, there is the Remote IR board that you need to check, the HMI board is the button board which you said it function but not the remote function.

first make sure the remote is putting IR out! If that's good, then proceed to the IR board on the TV. Most of the time there is a ceramic SMD cap on the IR board that is shorted to GND, or a bad IR sensor itself.

The 0.01uF cap, is it bad? you can use 0.01uF CERAMIC CAP.
How about the diagram for the KEY pads connected to trust connector?
The first image on the bottom part of the connector has three connect points for the manual key pad I believe it's ground the power initiate and key 1 pins 9,10,11 about the 0.01 uf it reads 3.3v if I understand right.

Same problem as before where as I can turn set on and change channels manually but get no action with the remote. The parts list shows what the ratings are for the resistors used arrows point to them also included is a diagram showing where things connect I guess you call it a pinout not sure anyway just wondering if the resistors can be replaced with a simple jumper wire? They're all 0 (micro Henry) as i have been told. Other ideas are needed asap if more images are need I now know how to use this Android tablet so just ask I need help please

Sony Bravia KDL-40V2500 that will not power on
    by PopsCaps
I have a Sony Bravia KDL-40V2500 that will not power on. The indicator flashes red 3 times.
I do not hear any sound and I cannot see any backlight.
I have tried disconnecting every cable on each board one at a time to see if anything changes.
The only change is when I disconnect AC-DET cable on the Power Supply board or on the other end if I unplug the CN7009 connection on the B-Board and try to power on the TV the indicator will stay on solid green until I power off.
My friend ordered another used power supply board but it is also doing the red indicator flash 3 times...

Sony bravia kdl-43w755c - boot loop
    by justin35
    Hello,
i have this sony bravia kdl-43w755c which boot loops. After sony logo, it shows the android animation loading then it restarts…
from what i read online it looks to be an emmc issue…
i’m not familiar with this kind of tv repairs… i’m repairing laptops and gpu’s…
i took out the board and say an samsung 16gb emmc
    i don’t have an exact replacement, but i have a few 32 and 64gb emms’s from laptops…
i could try to put one instead of the 16gb one, but will it work?
where do i get the software from?
any help will be much appreciated!...

    Sony Bravia KD-50X690E NO SOUND
    by x_orange90_x
Finally got my KD-50X690E up and running after replacing the power supply. Upon testing it I noticed the lack of sound from the speakers. At first I just ignored it thinking it was set to external speakers or some other kind of audio setting. However, after actually going into settings and looking around I see nothing of this sort. I looked it up on Google and apparently a lot of people have disappearing audio on a variety of Sony TVs 🙄. I'm going to see if a firmware or software update will resolve it, if available.

Has anyone else had this happen to their tv?

advices for repairing Sony Bravia 32EX600 after lightning strike
    by pbig
    hi everyone,
my parents in law have seen their Bravia Sony LED 32EX600 TV set stop after a lightning strike. After being plugged to mains, it shows nothing no power LED on bottom left shines.
On the power PCB (GE3b, attached pic), I chacked the fuses and the only roasted one is R6536 : 0.47 ohms, 1/2W. After replacing it, I made some voltage measurement with ref to the chassis :
    - the 450V/150uF capacitor voltage when plugged is normal at 394V
    - from connector CN6150 (15 poles)
STBY normal 3.3V -> I shunted it to 3 (POWER ON) and 11 (BL ON) and unplugged...
