As far as the Ferrite bead inductor, as long as they show < 1 Ohms or so, they are good, the bad one will be open circuit.

Oh and also because I forgot I have no power led so maybe fault lies in that area just wanted to thank you guys for the help you gave me and hey budm would it be prudent to assume that most smd beads that are the same size generally are the same resistance? Or if I might be able to remove the bead from another MB for a replacement?

You can put the DCV meter at the middle pin and GND, then hit the remote control button to see if the reading will show any fluctuation or nor, the correct way to test is to use the Oscilloscope.
OK will do and let you know my findings

I try enlarging the image to see where this cap C320 is. Is that the cap in the OPTICAL SENSOR section where it is connected to the Q320? That section has nothing to do with the remote function. The OPTICAL SEMSOR is for automatic adjustment of the backlights in relationship to the ambient room lights.
The remote function is int he IR section, IC401 is the IR sensor that receives the signal from the remote control. It should have 3.3vdc at the VCC pin of that IR receiver. The output signal that goes to the main board is on pin 8.
Ok so no need to really worry about that one cool but I did test and the voltages were right at these two points

tested those and they measured 3.3 note that all caps and beads are not being used on this particular set just the ones I inquire about others are for different models so as not to confuse anyone my fault for not mentioning it earlier

Thanks that's been done and the remote flash is present

Above budm are those the voltages we need

cap has no reading powered up has to be bad says on surface the number 47 and that its 16v what can be used to replace it?

Looking at the conductor side CN301 from upper to lower of connector
    -3.3
    -0.13
    -0.13
    -3.3
    -0.00
    -0.00
    -3.3
    -0.00
On the conductor side I get 0.00 at C320 and i'm thinking it should read the 3.3 ?

Just a small thing but do the numbers indicated on smd components indicate value like say for instance C322 doesn't imply (capacitor 32 and 2 o's =3200) ?
