advices for repairing Sony Bravia 32EX600 after lightning strike

    hi everyone,
my parents in law have seen their Bravia Sony LED 32EX600 TV set stop after a lightning strike. After being plugged to mains, it shows nothing no power LED on bottom left shines.
On the power PCB (GE3b, attached pic), I chacked the fuses and the only roasted one is R6536 : 0.47 ohms, 1/2W. After replacing it, I made some voltage measurement with ref to the chassis :
    - the 450V/150uF capacitor voltage when plugged is normal at 394V
    - from connector CN6150 (15 poles)
STBY normal 3.3V -> I shunted it to 3 (POWER ON) and 11 (BL ON) and unplugged the CPU board with audio/video/antenna IO
    1 (STBY) = 3.3V
    2 (AC OFF DET = 0.87V
    3 (POWERON) = 3.3V
    4 (AUDIO 12V) = 12.77V
    5 (AUDIO 12V GND) = 0V
    6+7 (REG12V GND) = 0V
    8 (REG 12V) = 12.77V
    10 (BL ERR) = 0.1V
    11 (BL ON) =3.3V
    12 (DIMMER) =0V
    13 (disconnected)
    14 (TCON VCC12V) = 0V
    15 (RCON ON) = 0V
Still no backlight. Keeping the reference at the chassis, I made measure of LED supply voltages :
    -OUT1/-OUT2 (CN6801) ~ 5V slowly decreaing
    +OUT1/+OUT2 (CN6800) 91.6V stable
    Are these correct ?
No component seems roasted on the mainboard, I have not checked T-CON board. Any advice is welcome. Thanks in advance,
    Pierre
