philips 42TA648 dead reistor value?

Hello I am rebuilding this power supply.
It's a phillips model 42TA648BX/F7 2008
I am trying to find the right value there are 3 that are the same in different locations on the board the reistor colors are green,yellow,brown,red,brown.
this is a 5 band reistor.I took each end out and i am reading 125 ohms on my meter.I looked up on a reistor chart and it says 54.1k.
Here are a few photos of the reistors.the one does not look damaged at all and it reads 125 ohms.kind of lost on this one.the 2 reistors are reading 125ohms.
is this correct?

maybe run the colours backwards? Comes out to 1.21 Meg Ohms, 0.5%. So your numbers would be kind of right, maybe you didn't see the Meg ohm part?

A resistor will hardly ever go bad by decreased value (I have never seen any like that). Resistors normally increase in value when bad. What scale are you using on the Ohm-meter to test this- 2K on a DMM? Is the 125 Ohms in circuit or out of circuit?

If this resistor is reading 125 Ohms out of circuit then I'll have to say it is good. Of course then your Ohm-meter was on '200' when this reading was taken. According to the 5 band colour code for a resistor BROWN-RED-BROWN-YELLOW-GREEN it should be a 1.21 Meg Ohms at 0.5% Tolerance as CapLeaker said.

The battery in your meter is good? Any you've checked other resistors of known value to verify the accuracy of your meter?

UPDATE
I found the Schematic Of the power supply
Just as i suspected the manufacturer says 120 ohms
they use the 3 bands on the resistor
they use 3 of these resistors in the power supply and they measure 120ohms
