Measure the secondary of each transformer (circled in yellow) It should read around 900 - 1100 ohms, but each of the 4 transformers should read the same if one is lower or higher it is most likely the bad one.

Are these transformers to CCFL backlight to a Screen or monitor?

I don't see any cracked solder joints from the pics. Please point them out for us.

You can tell which is bad when you first turn on. It will be the one going to the backlight that does not light. Are you sure you do not have a bad backlight? That can be check by opening the panel looking at the one that does not light and then changing it with one that lights. Usually the input voltage is check on these transformers as the input voltage is small compared to the output voltage.

Have you checked the wiring to the ccfl's?

I consider it to be inconclusive. It is just too blurred to tell. Nothing looks shiny where it is that far out of focus.

try only hooking up one ccfl at a time, disconnect lamps 2,3, & 4 and see if the # 1 light flashes on. then disconnect #1 and connect #2, then repeat with lamp 3 & 4. if a lamp does not light (for example #2) connect #2 lamp to transfomer #1 or #3 and see if it lights.
