    Sharp LC-C52700UN OPC Blinking.

The Power an OPC led flash twice the pauses and same sequence over and over. I can jumper the Stby 5vdc to P.S.-ON and PNL-POW.
P.S. Stays on and I get 136vdc to LA1 and LA2 connectors on the A side (colored wires) 0vdc K side Cathode. I get no backlight. Trying to confirm the P.S. is OK. I get the 13vdc, 5vdc and PNL 12vdc. I would say the P.S. is fine. But wouldn't I get a backlight? I guess theM.B. is toast. I got one from a place online but got the same OPC Blinking error. So I thought perhaps I had a bad P.S. but it checks fine. M.B. or perhaps TCon?

Are you getting >360VDC between the two legs of the MAIN FILTER caps when you force on the power supply?

Yea it's fine. I had confirmed my voltages as indicated. The voltage was not labeled for the led connectors but it was 136vdc.
No backlight though. Dark screen putting a flashlight on screen did no show any menu or anything.

If its the same as the LC-52LE700UN, Tried uploading the manual but got this error.
Looks like D3.3 volts could be missing.

Just to see, keep the meter on the LED connector, then turn the TV on to see if the meter will show the DCV jump up a lot higher than 136VDC and then settle back down to 136VDC.

I saw that about the 3.3vdc. There is no 3.3vdc listed on the P.S. oututs. All listed voltages are there. Including the 136vdc to the LED backlighting. I will set my meter to capture peak voltage and turn the set on. I will test it Monday morning. Thanks.

Looks like the D3.3 supply is on the main board, It comes from ur13 volts into pin (2) of ic9606 and comes out pin (3) D3.3v
