so with no short it went through it's normal startup blinking (green) then locked on solid green which is what I'd expect with that procedure I suggested and would mean it's on and running able to test voltages.
but if it is shorted vsus and he has and both sustains isolated but same result then either the vsus is shorted at the p board or leaves the result as A board as per the flowchart.
Am I on the same page or offtrack here?
Are you still suspecting sustain boards?
