The fuse on the inverter board. Sorry I was checking it incorrectly. I assumed you could check it across the fuse at each end but I was wrong. Yes, it has 24v.

      RECAP of Measurements:

      Power Board

      Out to Inverter: 24v=Yes, On/Off=Yes
      Out to Main Board: 24v=Yes, 12v=Yes, 5v=Yes, PS-ON= Yes
      Large Filter Caps= ~Good~ reading was >360Vdc

      Inverter Board
      Backlight On: Yes
      Fuse: ~Good~ measured 24v
In from Power Board: 24v=Yes, On/Off=Yes

      Main Board
      In from Power Board: 24v=Yes, 12v=Yes, 5v=Yes, PS-ON= Yes
      Out to T-Con: 5v=yes
      Volt Regs Outputs:

      U103 - (G9084) = 5.02v,
      U608 - (17809 0501) = 5.07v,
      U704 - (M171 1117-18) = 3.28v,
      U706 -(M189 1117-33) = 1.77v

      T-CON

In from Main Board: 5v = yes
Fuse: Good 5v on each side.

O.k. So power supply and the inverter board are good.

What are the voltages on all 3 pins on U103, U608, U704 and U706 on the main board?
Then there could be a bad eeprom or some other wired fault that requires replacing the main board.

These are the reading I got...

          U103
          Pin 1 = 5.08v
          Pin 2 = 5.08v
          Pin 3 = 4.68v

          U608
          Pin 1 = 4.68v
          Pin 2 = 0v
          Pin 3 = 5.08v

          U704
          Pin 1 = 5.08v
          Pin 2 = 3.29v
          Pin 3 = 1.77v

          U706
          Pin 1 = 5.08v
          Pin 2 = 1.77v
          Pin 4 = 0v

I must be grounding my lead wrong. What is the proper ground point for the neg lead when reading the volt regs?

I was grounding at the wrong location. Sorry for being an idiot. I'm still learning. Here's what I got...

                U103
                Output tab = 0v
                Pin 1 = 0v
                Pin 2 = 0v
                Pin 3 = 0v

                U608
                Output tab = 0v
                Pin 1 = 0v
                Pin 2 = 0v
                Pin 3 = 0v

                U704
                Output tab = 1.80v
                Pin 1 = 0v
                Pin 2 = 1.8v
                Pin 3 = 3.32v

                U706
                Output tab = 3.32v
                Pin 1 = 0v
                Pin 2 = 3.32v
                Pin 4 = 5.12v

What would cause U103 and U608 to not have any voltage?
