sansui sled3200b no image or backlight

hey guys im having this weird problem with this sansui 32 inch
It powers on and off fine but there no back lights or image that i can see with a flashlight.. none of the capacitors are blown and the fuses seem to be good as well. anyone have this experience with any other tv before? here are some pics ( excuse the mess )

Do you mean the TV is not powering up or it is turning on and you have audio but no backlight and picture?

OK then you may have a Main Board issue...

You may also have a problem with the Led driver board in pic 1 or with the led strings.
What voltages do you get on the led board?
Try unplug the led board and see if you see the picture using the flashlight.
If you do then try reconnecting the led board but unplug the ribbon cables and see of you still see a picture. ( Trying to establish if problem is the board or the strings)

well heres my problem, im getting voltage to the board however i dont know what voltage i should be getting! nothing is labeled on either parts, usually it'll have it labeled next to each pin but this isnt the case. am i missing something??

Can you upload the pictures of the whole back side of the TV so we can see how all the boards are connected together?

Just a quick check, the LED driver board on the bottom right of the picture, please check the DC Voltage on two legs of that black filter cap laying on it side. Tell me what it has on it, also tell me the rating as printed on the body.

the cap says 63v im getting a reading of 0.40 if im even doing it right . ( keep in mind im new to this )

OK, the booster circuit is not on.
On the power supply board, you said you are getting Voltages, can you tell me the Voltage of each pin of that white connector that goes to the LED driver board?
