ps50a457 turns on screen is lit but no picture

hi all I need a lil help before buying a replacement power board
I have this model tv in and the picture wont display but the screen is lit up dimly

I have tested vs and va from the main test pin and have proper voltages 56v for va and 207 for vs now from the va connections to y and x are low 15v and vs is fine 207v

so from the va test pin to the main x or y connection on the power board with out x and y main connected or connected I lose voltage

any ideas please

Check Va fuse on plasma X-boards (E/F-buffer) (runs along bottom of panel)

Spot on tom mate but before I replace the fuse
What would have caused it to blow

I did change 2x 100uf 50v caps on ymain

Can blow without cause or can be bad plasma panel or bad E/F buffer shorted.

Any ideas the text on the screen is from a dvd player

Xsus little green fuse fails normally due to bad cap Samwha Pt 680uf 25v.

yes correct m8 forgot to add bulged cap on the YSUS,PSU and the 25v 680uf on the Xsus all changed

checking the fuse
