I circled 3 connectors, I do not see CN6002 (9 PINS), CN6001 (10 PINS)
Where are the PFC POWER, POWER ON, AC OFF DET?
Unless your board does not match the names of the pin as shown in page 87.

Yes I did.... but coincidence or not I think either the power supply died or I touched something I shouldn't . only getting 3.3 stby now on connector and no ther readings. no standby red light on front of tv . I could hear the relay clicking on and off before it died.Do you suspect Power supply is the problem or too soon to say?

OK, that relay on the power supply board will click on when the POWER ON pin8 is >2.5V, right now it is 0V per your reading on post 24.
So right now the main board is not sending the ON signal to turn on the relay.

OK, we can try testing the power supply board, you will disconnect the cable on CN6151 which goes to the main board.
On CN6151 you will put a 100~500 Ohms resistor between pin 10 STBY3.3V and pin 1 (POWER ON), another resistor between pin 10 STBY3.3V and pin 8 (T-CON ON).
Plug the TV into the outlet and no need to hit the power switch, you should then hear the main power relay clicks on, then check the DC Voltage RIGHT at the TWO LEGS OF C6530 Main filter cap, it should have >360VDC on the two legs if the PFC Voltage circuit is OK.
Check the DC Voltage between GND pin of CN6151 and pin 28 (T-CON_VCC12V) it should have 12VDC, pin 14 (AU_12V) it should also have 12VDC.

So the power supply is working and we are able to force on the PFC, SWITCHED VCC 12V for the T-CON, and SWITCHED 12V.
Now we need to look into the backlights section next. I will have to see which pin is the BL_ON command line next, you can see that there is another connector from the power supply board that goes to the LED driver board.

OK, put in another resistor for BL_ON and STBY too to see if the backlights will come on, you will have to have LED driver board connected.

OK, then we need to find out the circuit that generates the Voltage to feed the LED driver board next.

OK, I just look at the diagram I upload, CN6801 PIN 14 LED ON is the one that you need to use the resistor to force on the backlights (wire connected to the pin 14 will have to be removed).
So you do not have any DC Voltage at CN6801 PIN 1~4 (VLED_VCC)?

tried it no backlight... and there is no power from pins 1-4 vled_vcc on cn6801

OK, we need to look at the circuits on page two of the SCH to see what is going on in that section, not going to be easy.
