Can someone please tell me what bandwidth of a scope will work for consumer electronics repair? Will a 25-30MHZ work?

Re: Need an oscilloscope
I disagree. I've used 20MHz for SMPS repair fine. Maybe not so much if you were building them, but still useful for debugging. I currently use 100MHz scope, which is enough to just about resolve LVDS detail on data lines. Please do not PM me with questions! Questions via PM will not be answered. Post on the forums instead!
