Just pick this up local freecycle in original box has stand but no remote control set was stuck in standby red led on constant c36 and c36 in psu was bad both are 1000uf 16volts i relaced with panasonic replacements tv section seems to work great just the dvd section wont spin up. Ive cleaned the laser etc still wont spin ive read on various posts and it seems the motor that spins the disk maybe the issue but to be honest im not going to bother repairing the drive as you can always use a dvd player via scart etc.

Yes not bad ive got three of these 22in tv/dvd fixed here now all free cycle ones 2 boxed a toshiba (works perfect) a warfdale one (dvd drive ok just needs a remote) and this bush one (needs a remote and dvd drive) but will be ok as a monitor/freeview tv i guess much on your freecycle/gumtree selldoor?

Hi guys need a bit of advice ive given this set to a friend hes noticed when you first turn the set on there is no sound for about 20 seconds then it just comes on ok (they have also said it can loose sound after nt set period of times) ive tried to do a factory reset i can get into the setting but no matter what i press on the remote it wont factory reset.Nothing happens at all now im using a replacement remote for this set and it does work everything else it should do. The main board is a HAIER MST9E19B. I will pick my digital camera back up tmorrow as someone borrowed it ages ago and try to take some pictures of the board. I have checked the few power supply votages and they are what they should be (printed on psu) so i doubt it its that but there are about three voltage regulators that are showing signs of heat stress on the main av board pcb i will try to get the votages from them in the fault and working conditions but as anyone who has worked on these sets know the screen is in the way on these and the boards are screwn in upside down.

Hi I found and attached a service manual for this set. The one I have was stuck in standby i replaced 2 caps 1000uf 16v on power board and got picture working but have no sound I got a AV board off ebay but it only showed wide colored vertical lines on screen I came to the conclusion that the decoder chip had gone so I have now bought another AV board again from ebay and hope it works when it arrives
