May not be a cap problem but you do need to trace why there is no voltage to
tcon
Really need Tom66 to look at the picture on screen to see if he thinks it is a panel fault

Hmm, hard to tell, not seen one like that before! Doesn't look like a panel fault. Given no image I would suggest a possible X-main or combination of X-main and Y-main bad...
Could also be control board. I kind of doubt it though.
Really hard to be sure.
Try checking Ve voltage on X-main
