So I had the time to take my TV apart again. I soldered out C601 capacitor. I measured it. It was 720nF instead of 820nF. I ordered the spare parts but unfortunately I didn't get them yet, I was just curious how bad they are. As far as I understand these capacitors are for interference filtering. Do they really influence the power supply of the TV?

Another note: Sometimes my TV's LED turns off and only comes baxk, if I unplug it from the wall for a few minutes. Does it make the capacitors more suspicious?

    Thanks for the answer!

      remove the comma... :-)

820nF minus 20% of tolerance is less than 720nF, so i think the problem is not there.. a filter is important when the input is dirt, when it is not i guess is irrelevant for the set, if
