Vizio VA26L HDTV10T Color Saturate

Vizio VA26L HDTV10T sound and tuner work fine, tried different inputs. Picture is bright but colors are saturated, blooming (see sample picture).
Reset to factory defaults, went over the solder connections, washed off flux, fixed had loose ribbon connector, no change.

Board Nbr is: Vizio 26" 715T3000-3 (WK:850)

Don't have much hope to repair this thing. Just want to throw this info at the board and see if anything strikes a chord.

Solarized picture. Try reseting the connector on the T-CON board, if that does not solve the problem, then we need to check the GAMMA Voltage on the T-CON board.
Post the picture of the whole back side of the TV.

Ooo, it looks like it uses the LCD panel with integrated T-CON board.

Posted pix of whole back. When I saw the ribbon connector was skewed and lock down tab was open one side thought that was it, happens on new washing machines, too. Fixed the connector and made sure the ribbon was fully seated before lock down. Didn't solve the problem.

Where do I test for GAMMA Voltage and what should I expect to read?
