Vizio D50u-D1 Powers up no picture

I replaced the backlights all good. Two months later set was dead, had a shorted D9100, replaced all good again.
Now months later set powers up,backlights light ok,no picture. 12volts missing from fuse on tcon. 12VA on power
supply is 19 volts. Changed D9100 again, same, 12 volts measures 19. Am I looking at a power supply or mainboard
issue. Set will power up with remote but not power off.

These ~2015 Vizios has main board BGA solder ball cracking problems (same as early to mid 201x 15” MacBook pros and GPUs) Proper fix is remove BGA and reflow with leaded balls. Most people don’t have equipment so just bake in oven / hot air gun (neither will last long) Regardless. Need to know how to handle temperature properly (like not put board on cold garage floor and hot air gun causing board warp and crack)

if hair dryer on main heat sink (for awhile to get it nice and taasty) can revive tv then this is the problem.
