Would not hurt to get back to payless and give them some positive feedback.

i genuinely think he tries his best.

believe it or not the boards I got and reported good, one turned out shorted and the other was wrong version. Seems like he's going to do the righty and replace them, yet to be confirmed.

being away for 2 months did not help.
