GTX 1080 TI Gigabyte Aorus low resistance on vmem

Hi guys, i was wondering, i've got 9Ohms on Vmem, one of the mosfet was shortet to ground, so i've desoldered hi and low mosfets nad still low res, then i removed all of the memory chips, and the resistance is still low, so did you had maybe a card with that low res on memories, and the card was working fine ?
Removed the U1866Q and still without result, i dont have thermal cam so can't see where is hot spot when incjeting voltage.
The resistance on core is ok 0.1Ohm ((Power 0.8V when on)
Resistance on 12V 4K ohms (Power present when on)
Resistance on 12V PEX 4K ohms
Resistance on VMEM 9Ohms (Power not present when on (mosfets desoldered)
Resistance on 5V 14.7K ohms (Power present when on)
Resistance on 12V 3.5K Ohms (Power 11.6V when on)
Resistance on i belive its PEX 93 Ohms (Power 1V when on)
Resistance on 1.8V 870Ohm ((Power 1.8V when on)
Resistance 3v3 PCIE185Ohm (Power on 3.27V)

Since you don't have a thermal camera, you can splash 99% isopropyl alcohol on a suspected area, inject the voltage and see which component evaporates the alcohol instantly. Hint: Set up your camera to record that suspected area, so if you missed it with your eyes in real time, you can always play back the video in slow motion.

I've tried with alcohol on first attempt and didn't find anything, tried with finger and still no result, can't find any heat.
only the gpu have slight higher temp than pcb 2-3C more only on on side, the center of gpu is cold. if i inject the voltage the pcb takes about 2.25A at 1V with memory desoldered
