I've recently had help from budm my self, same type of cap and same problem, the way I confirmed it was by plenty of research on the net and a simple look over the power board to see if this very cap had been used else where, his suggestion was indeed confirmed by the above two methods.
For what it's worth I had a fuse and an electrolytic cap that also needed changing so make sure nothing else has blown.
