Hitachi 40" LCD L40C205

I've attached a photo of what my screen looks like. I've pulled it apart and don't see anything obvious like blown caps or loose connections. It's a Hitachi 40" LCD model number, L40C205. Basically shows a red and blue tint like a 3D TV that's not. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Can you flex the screen to see if it will change? Already try re-seating the cable on the T-CON board and cable between T-CON and the panel.
You may have bad panel problem. What is the make and model of the LCD panel?

I have tried re-seating the cable to the T-CON but not from the T-Con to the Panel, the T-Con is at the very top and kinda of hidden. I will take it apart again and try that, and get the make of the Panel itself. Thanks for the help!

Flexing the screen didn't help at all or hurt at all

Picture of what I believe is the panal type. TCON looks like if you wanted to replace it you'd have to replace the panal.

Did the fault occur suddenly or slowly get worse? Is it always present or only there after warming up?

Picture stays the same from start up, and happened in scene change in a movie. Looks like 3D image.

Well if it happened suddenly, it could be a corrupted EEPROM setting.

As this isn't a real Hitachi inside (just a rebadge) it is necessary to determine the service menu procedure.

I would try the following, on the remote

SOURCE/INPUT 2850
SOURCE/INPUT 2580

and any others here

to see if you can locate a reset option.

I notice main board is made by AoH(?) which may give clue to the service access code.

Got it to factory reset, where the set up screen was up on restart. Still same issue?

So one of those sequences enters the service/factory mode?
Note: factory reset from user menu is NOT the same.

By input/source 2850, am I holding down input the whole time I push 2850? Had to go back to work, I'll try the rest later. Thanks for the help!

All of the buttons will be on the remote. Press in sequence rapidly. However, I cannot guarantee it will work. One other possibility:

I can't offer many other suggestions unless anyone knows the service menu code for this. You can try (and this might not work) asking Hitachi. However they might only tell you if you are a TV technician.

I've been digging around the Internet and can't find much, it is rebranded, parts from all manufacturers. I'll try again this weekend, busy work week. Most Hitachi codes or resets are from several years ago. Thanks again for all the help!!

I suspect while it is a rebadge, it is custom for Hitachi, i.e. custom main board or at least part#.
