Because has a problem the TV you cannot change the channels with the remote control but the problem is not the remote control but the same tv...

on the above model of samsung i have the faults i have told already on the title
iI have standby i can from remote control open and close the tv and it seems reacts the tv when i press someone button from remote control but and with the help of a torch i cannot see anything image on the tv and no sound
any idea from someone what can i measure so i can find the problem ?
the power supply is the bn44-00482a i cannot find the service manual so i can test if the leds are ok and maby these are the cause of my problem -
