    Philips 50pf9631d/10

    7 have flashing lights but I'm confused everyone with the same model number has a different board then mine, no Bonbe capacitor. Please Help

    hello no answer 8001 led flashes 5 times 5 fault codes for VS .. here I have disconnected the power supply connector (PS-505-PHN LJ44-00125 20060705 Rev.02) 8006 cn ... TV starts with LED 8001 and LED 2000 hand no logic unit 50'HD VS.1 ASIC) green alas no picture fix, remote react Ar / walking and volume, mute more channels, I believe pane on module (model 50HD W1 Y-MAIN PCB code 41 LJ-04084A

      Your issue may not be a power supply problem. You may have a peripheral board that is failing. A 42" Philips I worked on that had 7 blinks had a bad CBA audio board. I'm not saying that's your problem, but I wouldn't automatically assume the power supply is at fault. These Philips TVs can be tricky. I'd do a couple things:

      (1) Thoroughly examine the power supply with a flashlight to see if you can find any burned components.
      (2) Try disconnecting various boards from the TV circuit one at a time then try to turn on the TV after disconnecting each board. When I had an audio board problem and I disconnected the CBA board, the TV turned on and I had a picture (of course, I had no sound).

      What is your chassis version (e.g. BJ2.2)? There should be a label on the back cover of the TV with this info. You can search Tom's service manual database using the chassis version: http://www.toms-service-manuals.com/

        hello all my chassis is ftp 2.2a aa model s42ax-xb01 product code bx1a0508 344594 i have looked on toms service manuals and cant find one i have checked the power supply with a flashlight ,cant see any problems .have diconected boards one at a time no change in voltage readings i am adding a picture of the power supply ,have circled transformer KE 04477a which i think may have been hot but i have no data to test it any sugestions on where to find a service manual would be great cheers Shayn

          hi, "capkid" I thank you for the aid, for me I disconnect cn8006 all his attention connector present Demare tv with LED 8001 and 2000 Alume I CROI problem on Y-MAIN.
          I consider food, not burned components, my version of the chassis is BJ3.0E PA? elas the Shema does not even thank you.
