Panasonic TCL32C12 13 blinks on red light

I picked up a Panasonic TCL32C12 which has power but no picture. My research led me to discussions that the blinking red light is for diagnostic purposes.
My tv blinks 13 times which is a A board issue. Does anyone else have this model OR has anyone fixed this board without buying a new one?
I uploaded a picture an A board for reference.

I didn't post that picture of the power supply because what I found pointed to the A board. I'll post a picture If it will help.

I just repaired a Panasonic that had 13 blinks, what I found was 2 pennys stuck into the SD card slot, i unplug the cable going to the sd card and the tv came on. this was on a th-42px75u

I have replaced these A boards in the past under warranty but never repaired them, if I recall panasonic did'nt even want the old boards back because they were'nt repairable.

Darn. I'll try my multimeter on various components and take a chance. Purchasing a new board will be my last resort.

The diagnostic blinks for this model tv is great. The 13 blink code for the A Board is absolutely correct. It gave me a starting point of where to start looking.
I opened up the tv and went straight to the A board. Within a few seconds I found my problem. The solder joints on what looks like a fuse were broken.
I resoldered it and that fixed the problem. The repair was done in minutes. I may not be as tech savvy as some of the vets here but I'm trying to contribute and share my experience with the site.
In the pic I circled the fuse in red.

Theres a reason why fuse blows. On a common case, Something else is faulty then for safety reason these fuse blows. U might have jump cable these fuses and the set works but im afraid something else might blow straight since the fuse is directly shorted. U might wanna double check the circuits and the voltages if all is in correct order.

Great job locating the problem, that component looks like an inductor. That section with 3 round inductors are for switching power supplies. That inductor looks like is for feeding B+ to the three 8-pin MOSFETs.

That little component didn't blow, it was a bad solder joint that broke. The tv is fine. In fact I just connected it to my pc and its working great.
I'm using it now as I type this.

Hi, this is my personal laptop, which the original board (lets call it Board A) blew up PU8700 (TPS51486), making a hole on the board, i had left the laptop at my desk one day with the battery fully charged and didn't touch it for a week, but when i tried to turn it on it didn't
Thought the battery was dead, so i plugged in the charger then tried to power on, the power LED blinked once, charged LED still orange, unplugged the charger, plugged in again and I noticed the "magic smoke" smell, so i unplugged the charger, removed the back cover and saw the blown IC (the "magic...

Panasonic switching power supply daughter board has two 27uf @ 50 volt capacitors which I do not keep in stock
                    by sam_sam_sam
I did not have any 27uf @ 50 volt capacitors but one nice thing is that it has enough room for two capacitors in parallel a 22uf and a 4.7uf @ 50 volts 22 plus 4.7 equals 26.7uf which so very close to 27uf I will show some pictures of it sometime tomorrow

This is one of the shit est boards I seen in a very long time and it was the daughter board the traces just lifting off the board I had to use the capacitor leads to repair the the traces and the main board is not any better because I had to repair several traces for the daughter board to the main board

                    Problem

This is an LG edge LED lit LCD Display. The LEDs are on the bottom edge of the display. There are 2 bars (left and right) Each bar has many LEDs and a 6 pin connector. Each pin drive several LEDs thus is the highest current flow / heat junction. The weak lead free solder gradually fails with thermal expansion/contraction cycling and increases resistance. PSU will compensate up to a point, then when the current is too high, PSU just shut down the backlight causing a dark display. I have even seen one which the connector just fell off as solder points became completely detached....

Panasonic Plasma TH-50PZ85U No screen No blinks on red power light

                    Hello,

Stopped by this site trying to fix my parents Panasonic Plasma TV.

                    Model number is TH-50PZ85U

Power comes on and the red power light stays on solid.

Did a few checks like hold the power button on for 60 seconds, hold the - Volume while holding the menu button, no luck, still@ blank grey screen as the screen lights up very vague.

I also hear a few clicks.

I also think my parents said there was a thunderstorm and the TV failed after that.

Section 6 in the service manual talks about power and no screen,...

Panasonic P50VT20B Plasma 12 Blinks, Power Supply or A-Board?
                    by Biruslapio
Hello, I've had this TV for 3 years, 2 years ago it stopped working signaling 12 Blinks, SOUND_SOS according to the service manual.

It has no VSUS or VDAT, and P15V has 1.0V instead, the same 15V goes to A board. F15V is ok and other main voltage rails.

It seems the power supply is defective, since unplugging D20 ribbon cable that goes from D-board to SC-board makes the behavior change, the TV stays on, there's no image nor VSUS, but 15V reads 2.4V, high enough to not trip the SOS 12 blinks, so it stays on, fans do not spin but I left it 2 hours, green led lit up...
