i already open the monitor.but my problem is the capacitors are ok.
the monitor dont have back lights what is the problem of my monitor???

Are you sure that the capacitors are okay? Did you test them with an ESR meter? They can go bad without any visual signs!

What exactly are the symptoms with the monitor?

it will about 3-5 seconds then no more back light but i can see image but light.

It has one of those commonly fail high voltage inverter transformer. Check the secondary winding resistances.

budm i already replace the transformer but there is another problem occur it blinks every 5seconds the caps are ok...

what are the other problem of this monitor?

As stated... Have you checked the ESR of the caps?

Just to check though... Does your LCR meter have an ESR meter built in? If it doesn't you can't know that the caps are ok unless the ESR itself is tested

Hi, I am having a similar made and model monitor like jhunvidz and also having the same problem but mine switches on for about 5 to 10 minutes before going black. Changed all 9 capacitors (including the large one) and a diode. Made no difference. Lately found out the 330k resistor has gone high (414k ohms). Replaced resistor and the fault still exist. Will be checking the couple of transistors to see if they are faulty. Will get you posted.
