    Damn, no datasheet for that IC... Not even a pin out... Can we see a picture of around this chip?

        They could have at least labelled some things!
        Where do you measure the 22V dropping to 14V?
        This may be VGH which is used by the TFT to select rows... low VGH = scrambled image.

          I measure that at the two diodes, labeled D7106 and D7107, they're just above the small mosfet Q7106 on the left of the picture.

          What's strange is that the image becomes scrambled so regularly.

            An update, I finally got my hands on a universal remote and managed to do the firmware update...no change

            I've unplugged the CN7102 connector and the left part of the image is stable now, with the right side being white. If I plug the CN7102 and unplug the CN7103, I get the right side scrambled...so is it a flat panel problem ?
