I was just about to mention that PSU was coming up VIZIO. 102K, 1Kv are the markings on that cap C504A or C604A?

Have a look at this photo, pretty clear.http://www.shopjimmy.com/vizio-080gl...-led-board.htm

Got it up running.. Changed 102k thanks tw2005.. But why did it burn the cap and blow the fuse? .. Running about an hour now

The resistor probably went short and gave too much voltage to the cap, causing it to pop, and then short, and when it went short, it blew the fuse.
Don't buy those $10 PSU "specials". They fail, and they have taken whole computers with them.

It is the high Voltage snubber ceramic cap for the PFC MOSFET, it is connected between the S and D pin of the MOSFET, ceramic cap fail's mode is shorted circuit., common failure in other power supply boards too.
Best to go with higher Voltage than 1KV.
