First post -Intel NUC 10i5 -BXNUC10i5FNH not powering on -IC burnt- request for IC details/datasheet

    Hi all,
I came across this very active forum with knowledgeable folks on electronic circuits and components, while google searching for the details of my burnt IC marked 7603 in Intel NUC board. I joined this forum today and this is my first post here.
I recently got an Intel NUC 10i5 and had installed Linux Mint and was using it for about a month when it died suddenly and did not power up after that.(Power Adaptor is ok). When I opened the NUC , there was a burnt IC marked 7603 (and ILCB in second line). I am unable to find the details/datasheet of this IC. I will be grateful if any of you can provide any information on the same.
I am attaching the picture of my NUC board with burnt IC highlighted with red circle . I have found the same IC/Part number in another section of the board where the markings are clearly visible and I have highlighted the same with a green circle. Also, I tried tracing the connections to understand the functionality of this IC and it is captured in second picture.
This IC's pin 8(&Pin7) seems to be an output that supplies a +5V bus which powers the Processor Fan, SATA drive as well as connect to the VCC +5V pins of VCCcore generation ICs (four of them) . This ICs Pin 1(and ping2) seems to be the input which is connected to the output of the one of the power switchers.

So, this IC seems to be either a Low dropout liner voltage regulator or a MOSFET switch to control the +5V supply to the specific sections during power on sequence.

L;ooking forward to your help in identifying this IC /datasheet and any other information. Click image for larger version

Also, I believe that the original initial versions of Intel NUC 10i5 had a different chip but I could not get their details as I dont have access to the high resolution pictures of it.
I am wondering whether I can simply use an externally wired Mosfet (with low on resistance) and connect it via wires to the traces.

I am wondering how the one in my board got destroyed.(i.e root cause). I checked the fan as well as the SATA SSD and they were fine and not shorted. May be, one of the VCCCore chips has gone bad and it shorted the 5V Vcc bus leading to this problem(three of the VCCcore coils show 3.5 ohms to ground and the one supplying Graphics chip shows 6 ohms to ground) Or may this chip had QC issues.

Thanks to your pointer , this Texas load switcher IC seems to be an equivalent to this 7603 as the pinout seems to match: https://www.ti.com/lit/gpn/TPS22975

Yes, looks similar. Be sure that pin #3 = enable (ON) and is an ACTIVE HIGH signal is available on your board. Otherwise, worth a try.

              Hi,

I have a laptop an G512LW-AZ003T serial number LANRKD004568428 with what I presume is a i7-10750h and a RTX 2070 with the motherboard code G532LWS.
I bought this laptop secondhand so I don't know much about it's history but I'm certain it's had soft drink spilled into the vent area above/behind the screen.
I'm not a repair professional so I'm merely attempting this as a hobby but I'm seeking advice since i'm a little stumped at this current point in time.
The laptop was in very rough condition and I'm certain it was abused so here was what was wrong with it:

HELP IDENTIFY BURNT COMPONENT - HONOR MAGICBOOK X14 - BOARD DA0H99TB8E0
              by Alfonso5
              Hi everyone,
I’m working on a Honor MagicBook X 14 (Model: NBR-WAH9) that doesn't power on. I found a catastrophically burnt 8-pin IC near the touchpad connector (CN14 TP).
              Motherboard Model:DA0H99TB8E0 (REV: E)
Problem: The component is so badly burnt that the markings are illegible. It is located right next to the ITE chip and the TP connector.
Request: Could someone please share the Schematic or Boardview for this board? Or if anyone has this board on their bench, could you please identify the markings (silk screen or chip ID) for this 8-pin IC?
              I have attached...

DYNAUDIO FOCUS 30 XD successful no sound repair details...
              by check12
I don't usually repair hifi (mainly pro-audio)but a mate brought me this which was going to end up as a really expensive doorstop unless I fixed it, I was asked to put some details up on one of the Dynaudio fan sites so I thought I'd stick it up here too.

Main problem was hygroscopic black gunk (glue) causing multiple high resistance shorts everywhere on the TAS5624 amp IC output filter.

So I was given 1x speaker with no sound & 1x that was supposedly working and sounding fine to compare circuits with.... LOL it turned out there was more wrong with the working speaker...

Zotac GTX 260 burnt component - can anyone identify?
              by dicky96
              Hi guys
This Zotac GTX 260 had a high side MOFET on one Vcore VRM phase short circuit Drain to Gate (Not short Drain to Source)

This has burnt out the drive IC L3E (ADP3110A) and also an SOT-23 device very close to the driver IC. According to the PCB markings 'Dxxx' this is likely to be a diode.

Basically the VRM has 4 phases, two powered from one 6 way connector and two powered from the other 6 way

I would assume each pair of phases are basically identical, the burnt out phase has SOT-23 devices WW1 plus the burnt one.

              The good phase...

              Precision 5550 LA-J191P No Power, Burnt ISL9538
              by swimllamaswim
I picked up this Precision 5550 to fix up recently, and found that the ISL9538 chip was burnt on pin 14 (CSIN). The two left side Type C ports negotiate at 20v, and the right side one only negotiates at 5v. I also found the EMI protection diode, DT35, was burnt on that side. I pulled the ISL9538 off, checked for any other obvious shorts, repaired the pad, and put a new one on. Now, I still do not get power, and there is a rapid clicking sound from somewhere on the board that I can't pinpoint.

Here are the voltages measured at that chip:

To note, DCIN at Pin 17 is low,...
