This could happen if the A board you got is defective, or it is not programmed for the panel it is installed in (Panel SOS), check SUFFIX (e.g. AA) to see if it is the same as the one you replaced.Please do not PM me with questions! Questions via PM will not be answered. Post on the forums instead!

suffix match ....11 blinks stopped after changing a board now only 1 blink over and over... could power board be the cause? no bad capasitors visual......maybe should change all the capasitors anyway on p board?....also metal cover on a board shows some rust spots and board seams to have some water stains on it...may be it got wet? or was on back of screen pourch....i'v heard of dogs peeing on tv's...guess i should send the a board back?....attached photos of both boards

fans never come on...unplug tv ...plug back in ....hit power on front....hear clicks....led stays on for a few ....then blinks 1 time over and over ,....no fans ever spinComment

ok....fans ....first plug in turn on 0v on red wire..unplug ...plug in get 3.8v on yellow wire for 3-4 seconds then relay clicks and goes to 0vComment

fans work fine ...never any power on the red wires...just the yellow...why is there a yellow wire...slower speed?Comment

Vizio e601i-A3 - Has Sound and Display, But No Backlight - Bad Power Supply Board or Bad LED Bulbs ?I was given this TV from my great uncle. He said it just wouldn't turn on one day out of nowhere, replaced the TV, and gave it to me to possibly fix and use for myself.
Upon bringing it home and plugging it up, it showed a standby light.
I powered it on and without a flashlight, the display showed the "V" but the lighting is very dim, but visible.
The screen seems to blackout and stay black, but with a flashlight I can see the display.
With my Playstation 4 connected via HDMI, and running a game I can hear sound.

Hi, this is my personal laptop, which the original board (lets call it Board A) blew up PU8700 (TPS51486), making a hole on the board, i had left the laptop at my desk one day with the battery fully charged and didn't touch it for a week, but when i tried to turn it on it didn't

I did not have any 27uf @ 50 volt capacitors but one nice thing is that it has enough room for two capacitors in parallel a 22uf and a 4.7uf @ 50 volts 22 plus 4.7 equals 26.7uf which so very close to 27uf I will show some pictures of it sometime tomorrow
This is one of the shit est boards I seen in a very long time and it was the daughter board the traces just lifting off the board I had to use the capacitor leads to repair the the traces and the main board is not any better because I had to repair several traces for the daughter board to the main board

I have a Panasonic TC-P54VT25 that will power on and prime the display but there is no image at all.
The panel is primed as there is a slight glow from the entire panel. This means the problem should be logic related. The service manual also confirms this and recommends replacing the A or the D board.

Hello, I've had this TV for 3 years, 2 years ago it stopped working signaling 12 Blinks, SOUND_SOS according to the service manual.
It has no VSUS or VDAT, and P15V has 1.0V instead, the same 15V goes to A board. F15V is ok and other main voltage rails.
It seems the power supply is defective, since unplugging D20 ribbon cable that goes from D-board to SC-board makes the behavior change, the TV stays on, there's no image nor VSUS, but 15V reads 2.4V, high enough to not trip the SOS 12 blinks, so it stays on, fans do not spin but I left it 2 hours, green led lit up...
