Probably the main processor -- most likely needing a new board unless you have a scope to trace through everything!
People have the boards for sale for about £50.

Cant make out much on your picture - is that a reset button? have you tried pressing it?

yes ive tryed pressing that button its still the same,any other tests would be well appreciated. could it be the cable between the 2 boards main-control

Try holding MENU on TV plus MENU on remote at same time.

Doing the auto gen has ruled out all boards as good, except the main board.

i pressed and held menu and it came up hdmi 1 no source on screen then dissapeared again

Well, damn, that's surprising. You get that faint static on most inputs though? A good portion of the main board is working if you can get OSD.

Try and see what's under SYSTEM CONTROL.

OK, I don't see a reset there, you'll need to look through all of the menus and try and find a reset option.

the only reset i saw was under panel options reset panal used time but that dont make any difference

wtf i just pressed something else to get into hotel mode and its working now fingerss crossed it will stay on will keep you informed

Hotel mode usually restricts some options.

yeah i only got that menue up for some reason then done a factory restore and its ok all imputs work now even tho its not the best of pictures
