Is it normal for these sets to make a buzzing sort of sound when on ? And I can also see a few speklies on the screen what could this be ?

Right I've put a new fuse in now the tv don't turn on, if I take it out it does!! The fuse does not blow its still good any other ideas what I could do to testLeave a comment:

ive cleaned this set up as it was really thick with dust, had to change caps on power board as they were bulging this fuse is blown so hopefully when i get a new fuse it will work ok do you think maplins will stock these fusesLeave a comment:

found a bad fuse on z sustain will let you's no on my findings its this fuse thats gone e.t4ah250vp

i have this lg lg 42px5d and it has some wierd screen problem its al black and a slight picture in the corner but tv all works fine with sound if i can navigate in the menu to the ism menu then click white wash the screen all lights up but if you turn it of it slowly fades back to black has anyone had or know what this problem could be
