      if you lookup towards PH and PD connectors in slot L10 these are what I see

        They are inductors not fuses, should test shorted.

        What about that white ceramic resistor, how does it test & what does it say? Hard to see with focus, remember I do not have this board in front of me.

        I have only worked on a 50" NEC chassis and it was reasonably modern, PSU made by Hitachi, main board by NEC & rest of plasma screen made by Pioneer (ex-NEC manufacturing.)

            Does it test at 47 ohm or nearabouts.

                  the 4 white resistors that show G5W 4.7 ohm Micro 1DT are reading only 3.6
                  these are up by the 1500uf 200V cap
