Hmm The fluke can measure to 4 places - please can you try a couple of the transformers again with the meter on manual 20 volts( or 10 volts if you can set that as a range) and also if you can set it to record the maximum
voltage during the test.
From the video it suggests we are looking for less than 1 for the good ones and 1.25 to 3v for bad ones.
You are only getting 1.8V on the both ends of the fuse of the T-CON board? If that is the case, then it is not right. Black probe on the chassis?
I still like to know if the backlights do stay on.
So right now we need to look at the t-con power source, it is only 1.8V, I would advise considering a replacement of the main board as that is what switches power to the T-con on and off. Unless you wish to dive in, maybe a bypass (straight to 5V or 12V) would work, if you don't mind some screen flickers when TV first turns on.
