    Cap with marking 474

I am working on a power board for a plasma tv and there is a faulty component with the markings 474 on the top of the rectangular plastic case. Think it may be a polypro cap, but im not sure.

Any ideas on what type or how to read its capacitance?

Sorry cant get a pic at this time.
