Westinghouse Ltv-32w6 HD No Picture

I had a Westinghouse Ltv-32w6 given to me and was wanting to revive it.

First of all, I have followed budm helping lilmonk3 and have the same thing wrong

I do have the right voltages on the PS and have a back light but very dark

When I press the OSD a vertical band of garbled colors appear in the center and change in width every time I press the OSD

budm, if you help me, I have the right voltages to the T-CON FUSE1 and I'm asking if this confirms a bad T-CON board before I order one or is there other test I should make first

There are more voltages on the inverter board that you need to check, please post good clear pictures of the T-CON board. You have backligts, right? lilmonk3 has backlights but no voltage to the T-CON.

I have voltage on both sides of F1

Yes when first turned on, the blue power light and back lights come on then after a while it goes to standby amber

At no time can I display the OSD, just vertical color streaks

OK, check the voltages at these points.

2.5v = 1.6
Fuse = 5.06
5v = 1.5
3.3v = 1.9
on/off = 1.7
VDA = 2.0
VDD = 1.5
VGL = 1.0 - 1.6 until standby then zero

UPDATE
After posting these, i went back and checked both sides of the FUSE and somewhere along the line, the fuse is now open .. 5.1v one side and 1.5v the other

I did an ohm check with the board removed and could swear it was OK when I first started

What can I replace it with ???

OK, those voltages are bad! We can try troubleshoot it and replace the bad components or buy a new board. I got mine for $16 from EBAY river valley electronics with free shipping. Just make sure to match the numbers on the bar code sticker.
Your board may have bad MLCC (the rectangular light brown caps), bad regulators.
I got it do my hack job fitting different panel into the SAMSUNG chassis.

I seen the one you got on River Valley and looked like a good deal

My # is M$35-D010611-(L$HPR645300068)
Does the (HPR645300068) have to match also?

I can find a lot of 35-D010611's

"M$35-D010611" is the number you have to match and that is the same number as mine.

Great. I notice that when ShopJimmy is offering free shipping, River Valley starts doing the same thing which is great. I bought a lot of boards from both places.

It came today and Bingo, we have a winner

I got this set free and come to find out, he doesn't have the base stand or remote so I'll probably have to build a stand and buy a remote

In HDMI using Dishnetwork, my screen doesn't fill, it has bars left and right

I managed to set the menu to fill but still has LR bar about 2" wide (1080i)

My other set don't do that, whats my problem there (great picture though)

It flashed something like 10% over scan in one of the menus, but I don't know how to change that even if I'm allowed to

Thanks for the good news! Now lilmonk3 will be getting the correct T-CON with the same P/N as yours and mine, that will be two fixes by two persons. Seems like this T-CON board is prone to failure. 3 so far, mine, yours, and lilmonk3.
Does the Dish put out 16:9 format? How about when using DVD? You will need the remote to do all the function.
