Replaced two bad caps on power board still no picture or sound. The power indicator is steady red, turn on with cable remote indicator turn solid green and thats it. Thanks for any heipl

Did you replace all the caps that were the same as the bad ones? You may be able to find a replacement power supply if you Google around. Search Youtube for switching power supply repair guides: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TxGgUiUo1F4Comment

Take pics of the boards using the manage attachments option and make sure they are of high quality. We need to check the voltages going out the power supply to make sure there are no other problems.
Also check any fuses that could be on the main/TCON/ or inverter.Comment
