    LDL-46vl130 problem.

The symptom: when I first turn on the set, there are two thin (one pixtel wide separated by one pixtel normal) They are clearly visible on light screens, and fade in dark scenes. after about 10 min. they disappear and all is well until the set has been off for an hour so.

The set has a samsung panel and is a 2007 model.
    Sound like tab bonds?

did you ever get an answer in this one, truep? I just picked one up for $35 that had what sounds like a similar issue, but I need to figure out what the previous owner did to it first. said he was taking the bezel off, put it back on, and says something shorted out. gotta figure that part out first.

That can be tab bond or TFT drive IC (runs hot).

tab bonds is what I was hoping. as soon as I get a chance to plug this thing in and get some better info, I'll start a new thread.

it was bad tab bonds. T fixed it by adding heat conductive foam above the bond between the bond and frame. It worked fine until I replaced it with a 60" LG and still works in the guest room.
