Does the power LED ever stop blinking? Sounds like main board.

WooooWhoooo ...... Mine is fixed .... Just like Ceconomon said, it was the Logic Control or AKA the FRC Board (Frame Rate Controller). Here is the deal that I later found out too. The model TV we have was one of the first generation 120 mhz LCD television and those LCD's had a seperate FRC Board and Main Board. They have since combined these two boards into the main board. Ceconomon solved my issue when he said he replaced the FRC Board as I had already replaced the main board, the T-Conn and the power supply. I had no idea that the FRC board is usually part of the Main Board and that mine were seperate. Thanks again for the help and my TV starts up like a brand new one now.
Tomm66, my LED Power light continued to blink red after I put the new power supply in it. Now that I have replaced the Logic Board it burns a solid red I think while the tv is operating. The logic Board is the small board above the main board and under the metal frame piece. It only has three wires attached to it and two go to the T-Conn and one goes to the Main Board.
Most newer Samsung TVs have the FRC on the T-con. I always disable the effect, the picture never looks right with it on.

Look above at FRC board then, seems it may be a common fault.

Well those are pretty much the only parts in the tv that are replaceable. Main board, power supply, t-conn, and logic board. If you are still getting the white screen and sound I would bet you have a bad logic board still. Otherwise, I have no clue and would suspect a bad LCD panel.
now, i am suspecting that one the board i purchased might be a bad one. the logic board and power supply are new as claimed by the seller. i need to figure out a way to test which one is defective without spending to much. sigh.. ):
found the problem. the main board that i purchased is defective. original tcon, power supply and main board are all working properly. only the logic board is defective. finally i got it to work. thanks guys!
I replaced FRC board to get mine working. However, when I measured the voltage on pin 4 of IC107 the voltage still measured about 1.79 volts. I am assuming this is about normal and the biasing of IC107 is different than that of IC102. The television appears to be working fine after replacing that board.
I want to confirm that 1.8V on pin 4 is correct and with accordance to the datasheet . Same tv with white screen issue. Looks like tcon or FRC board , still digging.
