blinking LED's on a Samsung UN60FH6200FXZA
Struggling here for answers to repair this TV. I inherited this TV from a friend who had given up on Samsung TV's since their last 3 died on them. This one is a Samsung UN60FH6200FXZA. When you apply power to the TV, the backlight LED's all start blinking in sync. A steady constant blink. You can't turn the TV on or get anything out of the TV either. The power button or the remote won't turn on the TV. I'm leaning towards a PS issue but I've never encountered this behavior before. I'd like to fix the TV and return it to them if I can fix it. Think I will remove cable from PS to main board and...

Re: VO47L FHDTV10A no picture on 2 of these sets
I just repaired this same set by doing the repairs that MU2 mentioned on page 1. My inverter boards had bad caps and then I found the power supply was not sending power to the inverter boards due to a bad cap there. I replaced them all and the tv gave me the blue screen I was looking for. It seems this is a typical repair for this tv. The hardest part for me was finding the caps locally. I ended up ordering them all online. Good luck for those that try this repair in the future.

Re: Vizio VO47L FHDTV10A Orange>White Logo, No pic
If anyone can help I have this same model TV and the pic is gone but I still have sound. I opened the back and checked the PS caps and they all seem ok. I checked the inverters and both have caps bulging. I could recap them easy enough but what are the chances that this is the only thing keeping the pic from coming back. I have a voltmeter and checked both inverter fuses for continuity. Not really sure where Inshould be placing probes to check for voltage. Any advice is appreciated.

Re: Samsung LN52A530P1FXZA Tab bonding repair
Well the tab bonding trick did not help me out but on the bright side I got it all back together. While I had it running I unplugged the left side cables on the t-conn and the screen went to color bars. I plugged them back in and the picture came back with horizontal lines. When I un plugged the other side the right side of the screen became crystal clear. Even when I plugged the inside cable back in 3/4 of the scree is perfect when that 4th cable is connected it all goes haywire. I think a t-conn board might actually fix this thing....

Re: 2008/9 Samsung LN55A950 Displaying Horizontal Lines
That white screen reminds me of a TV we worked on while back of mine. The t-conn had a separate logic board and it was the logic board that was bad. Do you have a board that the t-conn feeds into before the panel? If so I would replace it and see if that brings the picture back.

Re: Acquired a JVC LT 32EX38 need help
I am using the first board again. I tried both boards and neither one let HDMI 1 work. Might be a power board issue but I am good with not having it and every thing else working.

Re: Samsung LN52A530P1FXZA Tab bonding repair
After reading several posts today I will attempt to do a tab bonding repair like BudM explains. I have the Tv apart now and have cleaned out all the dust. Just need to find some bonding material to try out. Maybe Radio Shack will have something otherwise I will order some from the net.

The t-conn did the trick but one of the HDMI ports does not work. Wonder if this tv took a lightning hit ? The tv works flawlessly otherwise now.

Re: Samsung LN52A530P1FXZA Tab bonding repair
I just got a 52 inch 850 series (LN52A850S1F) tv as well. When you turn it on it has a black vertical line through the center of the screen. As the tv warms up it stars to flicker and lines go through the screen horizontally. They start at the bottom and work their way to the top, progressively getting worse. I was thinking T-conn board as well when I saw it. After reading this post I now wonder if is a bonding issue as well. By looking at these pics I would like to get your opinion before I order a t-conn board if y'all don't mind....

Re: Acquired a JVC LT 32EX38 need help
Bump . . . . I finally found a Main Board for this TV and installed it and it is doing the same thing. So I think I am off to locate a t-conn board and try that. I really would like to fix this thing.

Ok ... I'm about to pull the cover and look at the board for anything obvious. I will keep you posted.

Re: Acquired a JVC LT 32EX38 need help
The first time I turned it on I was able to see the setup menu but it went blank after a few seconds. I have not seen it since and it has been plugged in since I first tried it. I suspect if I unplug it for a while and plug it back in to power it might go past to jvc splash screen again?
