LG 47LD500-UA not turning on
I have an LG 47LD500-UA lcd tv that is not turning on, no light on standby led, no sounds or picture.
Below are what I have done so far:
1. checked the voltage to +5v pins that leads to main board - I noted that it will read at around 5.+v immediately after the tv is plugged in to an outlet and will gradually goes down up to 0 after several minutes.
2. After watching a few YouTube videos and reading several post online, I replaced 3 parts that I thought was defective....did not solve the problem.

found the problem. the main board that i purchased is defective. original tcon, power supply and main board are all working properly. only the logic board is defective. finally i got it to work. thanks guys!Leave a comment:

now, i am suspecting that one the board i purchased might be a bad one. the logic board and power supply are new as claimed by the seller. i need to figure out a way to test which one is defective without spending to much. sigh.. ):Leave a comment:

Problem is: screen is white and gray with sound. I replaced power supply board, t-con, logic control, main board but still not working. The power/standby led is red and blinking continuously. What could be the problem? I spent too much already trying to fix this TV. Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks!Leave a comment:

my dtb-h260f is not responding to remote control. i am using a new remote control. the tv is showing "scrambled or weak signal " message using hdmi. nothing when using analog rca cables. still not working even after i replaced the following caps:
82mfd 450v (1)
1000 mfd 10v (2) (kmf)
470 mfd 10v (2) (samxon brand)
47 mfd 16v (1)
all the caps doesn't have any sign that they are bad.
any help will be greatly appreciated.
