UN46B6000VFXZA video issue

My TV has an issue. I have audio and can see the backlight but no picture is displaying. I had a local TV repair guy come out and he assumed I needed a tcon board and brought it with him. It didn't fix issue. Same problem persisted. He said I needed a "main assy" and said he'd order one and be back. Never heard from him again. So my question is, would this part be the next part to replace if the tcon didn't fix issue? Thx

We need to check and see if the T-CON board is getting 5V or 12v DC feeding it first, there should be small surface mounted fuse on the T-CON board.
Please post good clear pictures of the boards in the TV using "GO ADVANCED" and file attachment for the pictures, just remember we are trying to troubleshoot long distant, so good pictures are a must.

Depending on the board there may be two small white rectangular fuses near the
single connector into the board. Another version has a single fuse at C-F1 and is further
over to the left of the board (with the single connector facing you) To test fuse (Power off) put meter on 200 ohms and probe each end of fuse - should read the same as touching the probes together

If the fuse checked out OK, then set the meter to DC, Black probe on the chassis, Red probe on one end of the fuse, see what DC voltage you are getting.
