OK, something get messed up even more.
The 6v bulb it's working properly. Initially the 12v bulb worked OK too, but the 24v did not turn on.
A transformer was buzzing, I think that the biggest was making that sound, then the 12v bulb lit up brightly and I measured 22.5v.
I hope that I used the right bulbs, automotive bulbs. Maybe the bulbs were to powerful?
I have used a power supply for the 3.3v, though I wasn't sure how much amps should be and I was trying different adjustments.
