I'll have to get back to you on that. I was messing with it, and without going into details, I managed to blow the fuse again. Last one I had on hand, too, so I'll need to go out and buy more tomorrow, if I can find a place that's open.

Do you know if this p/s uses a slow blow fuse? My brother swapped out the fuse with a fast blow so I don't know the original fuse type.

What does it say on the board? I cant see in the pic - there is sometimes a letter code.

T = "Time Delay" - a slow blow is fine.

Do any one know the true value of resistor R69. it looks to me like green, blue, silver, gray gold then green. if so what is mouser part number.

How do I fire up the Power Supply on the bench without the television.

I replaced Q3 and Q4 with IRF840's instead of the 3568's
Seems to work fine, but I do not see all the voltages.

You need to use 1K 1/4W between Power on pin and 5VSTBY pin to force on the power supply. You should have the dummy load connected to the outputs (1A load for the 5V, 12V, 24V will be a good start).
