Pictures are not clear, it looks like there are two fuses, F1, F2.
Check for DCV at both ends of both fuses with ref to chassis GND.

U guys are great and helpful.

So my measurements are 1.6V on three ends and 5.2V on F1 on closer to big chip end.

can you measure and write the readings just too make sure, maybe test f1 bottom of fuse what voltage is it? top of fuse what voltage is it? and the same with f2 its just easier for us to understand as we havnt got the board in front of us thanks

so that means f1 fuse has blown for some reason maybe budm has some more tests you can run. im not sure how cheap these tcons are in your country.

                  So F1 is blown.
OK leave the the LVDS cable disconnected from the T-CON, then take the resistance reading between the 'GND' test point on the T-CON board against the three ends of the fuses that show 1.6V readings and report the readings, make sure if the readings are shown in OHM, K OHMS, or M OHMS on your meter.

seems more as i set meter if set on 200K it measuring 60K resistance, more if set to 2M. So no shortage on all three ends. Fuse is blown i see now also

On the extreme right of you photo there are 4 connections on the T con socket I think , all linked together that carry the power, I think it says V In tracing from here you should see a black SMD fuse and you need to check there is power on both ends.

So thats it? Just change fuse and could be good to go if there is no short as i measured resistance?

or short fuse.. donno how are correct words in english, maybe some bad part blow away and we'll see, that's how my old coworker made repairs in pulse power factory repair station maybe too destructive in this situation, where i don't have infinite number of power units, but one tv

The shorts may be AFTER the active circuit/device that is only drawing when it gets the ON command. You can try a new fuse to see if it blows again or get the new T-CON board. I just hope that it is not due to shorts circuit in the panel itself.

Do you know how much amps fuse to get? Can't find in datasheet you provided.

Can i get to know before purchasing new t-con that isn't short circuit in panel itself?

It looks like it has 'P' printed on top, so it may be LittleFuse with 'P' code for 3A.
I cannot tell from the pictures if it is 1206 or 0603 footprint.
You can try 3A fuse with leads for testing.
You can run the T-CON board WITHOUT having the ribbon cables between the LCD panel and the T-CON board connected to see if the fuse will blow right away, if not , then connect the ribbon cables back in place and try again.

Got on it before while. I put there 3A bigger fuse on wires and picture is working, all seems good. Do you think its safe to assembly and it was only some one time accident that blown fuse?

You can keep it running with this 3A fuse which is safe as long as you do not let it shorts to anything else, but make sure to put the gray heat transfer pad as shown in post 222 back in place with the shield.
I myself use PICO II fuse (fuse with legs) for repair.

Yeah i put whole metal housing with pads back on that t con board (not on picture), just fuse is outside on wires, same type as you using probably, with legs.

So thanks a lot for helping me out and saving some mom's money. Really great community here i'm still surprised. Have a good time.

                                          Re: Samsung LE32R88BD/ BN44-00155A

Well my set has crapped out again, as a refresher it is a Samsung LN3253HX with the BN44-00155A board.
Since the cap, fuseable resistor and mosfet replacement it has been golden. I am gone frequently for extended periods so I unplug the set each time.
This time I heard a soft pop, much like when you plug in a power supply for a Macbook, when I plugged it in but everything worked fine for a couple of day. When I turned it on last everything started as normal (set had been plugged in for 48 hours) when all of a sudden the set went dead, not even a standby light.
I looked over the board and couldn't see anything so out came the meeter. So far I have only found an oddity on diode DB851. I'm getting a reading in both directions (sorry, didn't write down the value) but when removed from the board it tests fine.
Is this normal or do I have something else I should be checking.
Photo is not of my board but of the right model.
